Clinical Context
Endovascular aneurysm repair: fluoroscopy guided stent-graft deployment via femoral arteries. Requires appropriate anatomy (adequate iliac vessel diameter, aortic neck length). Surveillance computed tomography for endoleak (type 1 or 3 require intervention).
