Assess for stones, wall thickness, and distension

Clinical Context

Gallbladder normal: thin wall less than 3 millimetres, fusiform shape, less than 10 centimetres length, no stones, emptying post-cholecystokinin. Pathology shows stones, polyps, wall thickening (cholecystitis, adenomyosis).
