Purpose
Classifies nodules on computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging (LR-1 to LR-M) to standardise hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis and surveillance
Clinical Context
LI-RADS scores nodules based on arterial enhancement, washout, size, and imaging appearances. LR-5 equals hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis in cirrhosis (no biopsy). LR-M equals probably malignancy but not hepatocellular carcinoma.
