Clinical Context
PI-RADS version 2.1 uses T2, diffusion-weighted imaging, and dynamic contrast-enhanced. Peripheral zone lesions scored primarily on diffusion-weighted imaging; transition zone on T2. Higher score with restricted diffusion, early gadolinium enhancement.
