- Abductor hallucis - medial side, moves the big toe
- Flexor digitorum brevis - central, flexes the middle phalanges of the toes
- Abductor digiti minimi - lateral side, moves the little toe
Read it as a sandwich: an abductor on the medial edge, an abductor on the lateral edge, and the flexor digitorum brevis filling the middle.
