Expansion
- Femoral - at the mid-inguinal point, halfway between the anterior superior iliac spine and the pubic symphysis
- Popliteal - deep in the popliteal fossa with the knee slightly flexed
- Posterior tibial - just behind and below the medial malleolus
- Dorsalis pedis - on the dorsum of the foot, lateral to the extensor hallucis longus tendon between the first two metatarsals
